All photos are taken in our photo studio by using professional equipment and training in order to return faithful colors on well-adjusted (calibrated) monitors.

We ship all over the world and we offer free shipping starting at €59 for Italy and €139 for the EU. Our prices vary from country to country, just put the goods in the cart and the shipment cost will be calculated at the end of the checkout.

We accept all major payment methods: cash on delivery, credit cards, postepay, bank transfer and PayPal. 

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with purchases made through our site, so if within 14 days of receiving of the goods you are not satisfied with what you have received, you have the right to obtain a refund of the costs incurred without any penalty and without specifying a reason.

You may exercise this right by informing us and returning the goods along with all your details (first name, last name, full address, order number) to Tosca Italian Fabrics srl, via Emilio Boni 19 - 59100 Prato - Italy.

Once we receive the returned goods, you will be refunded.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs and any duties and taxes are your responsibility and if any custom duties or taxes will be applied to the package, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Note also that the returned items must be sent back in the same condition as you received them, perfectly undamaged.
