Tosca Italian Fabrics & Denim is an e-commerce company that deals with the distribution and sale of quality Italian fabrics, including a vast range of viscose sourced primarily from the surplus of top fashion houses and griffes as the overproductions of the best Italian mills, giving you the chance to buy from small to wholesale quantities at a fraction of what was their original price. Very concerned about sustainability and recycling, Tosca Italian Fabrics & Denim sells viscose by the meter in small or wholesale quantities, choose with confidence and you will receive your fabrics directly at home, with also express shipping, everywhere in the world.

Viscose, or rayon, was invented in France in 1880 and then patented in the UK at the beginning of the 20th century. It originates from the tree's pulp or straw, which after an elaborate process becomes cellulose. Viscose is a yarn so soft and shiny that it resembles silky fiber,  which is much more expensive and hard to produce. For many years in fact Viscose’s official denomination was “artificial silk” or “vegetal silk” before these denominations were forbidden to protect the value of silk. Today viscose is largely used in the fashion world, combining versatility and sustainability, a perfect fabric for everyday use.
