A very high standard for this precious fibre related to the camelids found in South America, seven times warmer and much softer than sheep's wool, alpaca is widely used to make jumpers and scarves and, as it contains no lanolin, it does not felt and does not cause allergic reactions, so it is very well tolerated even by children. Very beautiful to look at with its natural shades and soft to the touch, as well as being incredibly warm and light, the fibre of the Alpaca fleece is very durable.

We ship all over the world and we offer free shipping starting at €59 for Italy and €139 for the EU. Our prices vary from country to country, just put the goods in the cart and the shipment cost will be calculated at the end of the checkout.

We accept all major payment methods: cash on delivery, credit cards, postepay, bank transfer and PayPal. 

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with purchases made through our site, so if within 14 days of receiving of the goods you are not satisfied with what you have received, you have the right to obtain a refund of the costs incurred without any penalty and without specifying a reason.

Once we receive the returned goods, you will be refunded.

Note also that the returned items must be sent back in the same condition as you received them, perfectly undamaged.
