Did you know that cotton arrived in Europe for the first time in Sicily? It came to our land thanks to the Saracens just before the year 1000, although it took at least another three centuries before it spread. For many years it was considered a luxury product on a par with silk.
The importance of this textile fiber increased exponentially with the discovery of America, where local species other than those of Asian origin were found. The cultivation of cotton plants soon spread, especially in what is now known as South America, but it reached its peak in 1792 when, thanks to new technologies, the cost of production dropped dramatically.

We ship all over the world and we offer free shipping starting at €89 for Italy and €199 for the EU. Our prices vary from country to country, just put the goods in the cart and the shipment cost will be calculated at the end of the checkout.
