Shipping times
Orders paid in advance will be shipped the next working day. Order paid by wire transfer payment will be shipped the next working day after the actual crediting.
Goods availability
All quantities published on the site reflects the quantities in our warehouse. If because of competing orders some product became unexpectedly unavailable, the order will be processed as soon as the product returns in our warehouse. If this time should exceed 7 working days, we will contact you to allow you to confirm or cancel the order.

Right of Withdrawal

Returned items must be sent in the same conditions in which you received them. The only costs to be borne by you are those of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal lapses in its entirety when the "essential condition of integrity of the goods" and/or in cases where it is ascertained the absence of integral elements of the product or use of the product such as to make it impossible to restore the pre-existing conditions of sale or tampering with the product.
